Incident Description:
Bike was locked to rack located in outdoor, locked courtyard. Bike was locked to rack through front tire. Wheel was removed and left behind, still locked to rack. Frame and back wheel taken.
Oddly, right outside of our locked gate was a different bike laying in the concrete missing it's front tire.
