Incident Description: 
Bike was left locked in front of my vehicle in the parking garage at 1957 N. Fairfield Rd. There were complaints of mass theft from the building, and residents were alerted on August 22nd. I noticed my bike was gone where I had locked it with a u lock and rope extension to parking bumper under my vehicle. The lock itself and rope attachment were taken along with the the bike. Helmet was left.
