Incident Description:
Thief rode up on Divvy to property. Opened our unlocked apartment gate. Broke the wooden fence the bike was locked to. Then rode away on the bike. Definitely planned. Divvy was no help if you were wondering.
I have them on my neighbors camera riding north in the back alley at 12:20am. They were wearing hooded jacket, tighter black pants, and sneakers. They looked about 5'5 to 5'7 130 - 150 lb. So could have been a teenager.
