I had parked my bike around 4pm at the bike rack opposite 200 East Pearson St. I had locked the frame of my bike to the bike rack with my combination lock. When I came back to my bike around 7pm, my bike was missing and the lock had been cut and left on the sidewalk next to the bike rack.
