Porch or yard.

4 hours
Incident Description:
As recorded on surveillance camera: a tall, slender man scaled the
back fence & railing of the building, removed the bike from the 2nd floor
balcony, tossed the bike over the railing, & rode it away. He completed
this in less than 2 minutes, so he has apparently had some experience with
it. The fact that the gate is locked & barb-wired, and that the bike
location was visible from the office created a false sense of security.
