Incident Description:
I was studying with a friend at the presidential towers. My bike was locked up outside from approximately 9pm till 1pm. There was a bar on the ground that looked as it had been used to cut or chop the lock. Bike and Lock gone, bike's not even a month old and very expensive, but also very noticable because it's bright green.
