It has a black rack, is wired for a Cat-Eye, has a black mini maglite holder and a separate additional light attached to the front handlebars, and an under-seat bag with bungi cords in it. It is registered with the City of Chicago but I can't find my record of the serial number.

Incident Description:
My bike was locked to a fence and steel crossbracing on the INSIDE of my secure parking lot at my condo building. The thieves cut a person-sized hole through the fence and steel crossbracing and took the bike, lock and all, sometime between Sunday PM and Monday AM on 8/6/2007.
