Incident Description:
Bike was locked to a wooden railing in my back yard. Theft occurred between 3 and 5 pm. Someone entered through the adjacent alley, gate was unlocked.
Lock is missing also, wooden railing undamaged.
Bike was frequently locked to the railing, and visible from the alley. Someone who had seen the bike before could have come back with a lock cutter.
