Incident Description:
I parked my bike on the bike rack on the corner of Michigan and Ontario. There are about 5 bike racks there. Also had a chain going from U-Lock on front tire through the back tire. The chain was cut. Incident happened anywhere between 9 pm and 11::30 pm.
