Incident Description:
I parked it on a back rack on the northwest corner of millennium park right off of michigan and randolph on a Sunday afternoon when tons of people were around...we left to go to summerdance and came back, and not only was my bike gone, but all of the other bikes on the rack were gone as well...I thought it was unusual that with so many people around that some could just walk away with a locked up bike.
