My bike was locked up right outside the Chicago Cultural Center on one of the busiest Saturdays during the year, during the Taste. It's very weird that someone could steal a bike with thousands of people walking around but here I am, without a bike. I think someone probably just broke the lock and made off with the bike. I still have my helmet though, i hope they crash.

Witness described thief as white/hispanic male, at least 5'9+, dark hair, wearing white tanktop, and intoxicated. Thanks for reading...

Went to visit my new condo under contstruction and meet with the builders. I locked the bike using a cable lock through the front wheel and frame and around the light pole in front of the development, additionaly i had a U lock through the back wheel and frame. After the meeting I went to visit some friends to wait out the rain. Ended up running some errands and leaving the bike overnight. When I returned the following morning 27 June 07, the bike and locks were missing.
