If the reflectors were not taken off they were light up and turned on at night if the bike was in motioned or touched. they were multi-colored reflectors that were battery operated that was about 5-6 inches long.

I took out the trash from my work and the bike was still there at that moment in time. Then less then thirty minutes later when i got off of work and i walked outside the cable lock was cut and lying on the floor.

The bike had three locks on it. There was a U lock and two cable locks attached to the bike and the bike rack. The Cable locks were missing but the U lock was left unharmed at the scene. I would venture to guess the thief scoped out the people going to work and when I was gone they took the bike.
