Strange shaped black knob attached to handlebar (base for a bike light, light itself was not attached).

Left bike in building lobby (inside 2 locked external doors), partner planned to move it to basement and lock it the same day but forgot, so bike was unattended. Building has also experienced increased package theft (people buzzing in and taking packages from that space), so that’s best guess of what happened.
