Signal flags are nearly unreadable, hasn't been cleaned all summer, white paint discolored in some places.

My grey 2015 Fuji hybrid is kept in our basement storage unit of our apartment building. The storage unit remains locked at all times and we go in and out of it often. Entrances into the building are also locked. The main door has two doors that must be unlocked with key to enter. Sometime between Monday, August 7, 2017 and Wednesday August 9, 2017, someone living in the building (of which there are only four units), someone who knows someone living in the building, or someone who was simply let in by ringing someone's door bell went into the basement, jimmied open the door and took it.

The seat was black and was designed with a small wide opening in the middle of it for comfort.
