Bike was on my back porch area inside of my locked building. I was out of the apt for 2 weeks due to a gas leak they refused to fix in a timely manner. Get a message from maintenance man said he recently "fixed" back door. I come back to my apartment and notice it doesn't latch all the way, very obviously. I head towards my back door and my bike is missing. There are two cameras pointing the exit, and my porch, but building has refused to help me and see the footage.

The man who stole it was walking with a cane / walking stick, and was wearing a bright neon orange hoodie with a hat and sunglasses. Seemed like he was in his 50s, an older man with a gray beard.
