At Navy Pier with my daughter. Locked our bikes together to a bike rack using a "Word Lock" cable. Came back after an hour and my bike was gone. The thief cut through the cable. I reported it to police on duty at the scene. They said that thieves target bikes locked with cables and is common at Navy Pier.

Said seat is also chained to the bike's top tube frame and locked with a padlock.

Bike had some rust on the bolts, especially the ones affixing the rear wheel. The front wheel was secured by a rounded end bolt (OnGaurd Locking Skewer). The lock mount was attached to the top of the frame, and there are scratches on the rear post of the frame from a previous lock mount.

I left my bike locked at the train station overnight with a Kryptonite Evolution Mini locked to just the frame (the wheels were secured using locking skewers that only I have the key for). I came back the next morning and it was gone, along with the lock.
