This occurred at Western Avenue, near LeMoyne (Humboldt Park). I am waiting on the security camera footage to confirm, but a construction worker next door noted that the door to the condo building had been propped open with a rug. That person came in and took the bike from the building stairwell where we store our bicycles. If I get more information from the security camera footage I will update.
