I parked my bike outside my building and left it, and checked on it the next day to make sure it was okay. I then checked it again and the bike was gone, and the lock cable was cut clean with what I presume was cable cutters. All the other bikes around it were not disturbed.

Someone left their bike in its place, i think?? A black Target Magna bike was set without a lock at the same rack, so it feels like it could have been the thieve's own bike and he "traded up".
