Bike was locked to a permanent bike rack in front of 300 S. Wacker with a good Abus U-lock. I saw it at noon on my way to lunch and it was gone by 5pm. They took the lock too. This was right on Wacker in broad daylight. Second time in two years from the same spot.

The last time I road it, locked it, and checked on it was Wednesday night Aug 8. I left town and didn't notice that it was gone until I went to ride it on Monday, Aug 13 morning. I checked with neighbors and no one saw anything. The U lock is gone with the bike.
