In spots- General wear and tear.

Around 3:00pm i arrived at Dollop Cafe Co, corner of Plymouth Ct & Van Buren (343 S. Dearborn St.). I locked my bike frame to the sidewalk Stop sign that is on the corner in front of the main entrance. Direct line of sight to the baristas/coffee bar. I went in to the coffee shop where i stayed till about 5:30 pm. When i came out the bike was stolen. No parts or lock remained.

3 Year old bike, grimy gears and a bent back tire that I was saving up to replace. By the base of the handlebars there is a Smart Bikes Chicago sticker. This bike is COVERED IN stickers, namely some faded comic book characters, lots of skulls, some dogs, and some pink and blue threadless stickers. Pink under-the-seat pack, pink lights around the rear spokes, LED hologram light on the front spoke. Around the seat connection the paint is scratched off in zig-zags from when I raised the seat without loosening it enough.

My specialized hybrid mountain bike. Was stolen off the bike rack while I was in CVS on Ogden & Chicago between 4:45&4:50p on Thursday June 14th. My bike was locked up and this happened in a matter of minutes. The pedals are medal & the right handlebar has some damage to it. This bike is special & means a lot - please let me know if you have any clues - thank you Happened at this CVS: 771 N Ogden Ave, Chicago, IL 60622 They had ditched a bike they were on and had def stolen and took my bike. They took the front tire off the other bike and put it on my bike. The bike they ditched was a Womens road bike so the tire was def smaller and wouldn't prob ride well on my mountain bike.

I lock my bike to itself (nothing else) in my garage behind my house. The last time I saw it in there was on 5/31. I went on vacation for a week and returned on 6/10. When I went to ride it on 6/13 it was gone. My roommates assured me that the garage hadn't been left open for long as neither of them use it. There is a garage code and a door that goes into the garage and we aren't sure who has access to those. We alerted the landlord to change them.

The bike was locked to the the bike rack in the 600 N Lake Shore Dr driveway on May 27th. The lock was a U-lock with a cable that went through the frame and front tire. On June 13, I went down to check on the bike, and the lock was cut and the bike was missing. Building staff said they were notified by another resident that a cut bike lock was seen 2-3 days prior; however, building cameras were not able to view that part of the driveway. The bike is a female Cannondale Quick 6 in blue steel/gray with bright yellow tires. It is in good condition.
