It was probably taken between 2pm and 6pm on June 20. They clearly cut out pieces of the fence and broke the metal posts to slide it off of the fence. The thieves walked behind my building through a very tight space where 2 of the other tenants cars are parked to get through. I imagine the newer u-lock w/flat key is still attached to the frame.

I rode the bike to the train in the morning and locked it up on the bike rack next to all the other bikes. When I got off the train in the afternoon the bike was gone. There are no security cameras on this part of the station so someone probably walked up during one of the long time periods between trains and used some sort of cable cutters on the chain that I used and either rode off on it or put it in the back of a vehicle and drove off.

Locked right in front of FFC gym. The front of the building is all glass, has two people working the desk facing the street and even has security cameras that can view the rack out front. The FFC wouldn't check the cameras although they were pretty helpful otherwise and actually called the police for me. Police report is filed but they won't check the security camera either. The police on the phone said I would have to get a copy of the tape myself (which I can't) and bring it to a station.

This is a blueish green Huffy woman's moutain or road bike (it was bought 14 years ago, so I don't know specifics). It has a brand new wider seat, with a black Planet Bike Eco Rack Oversized 6061 T6 Aluminum Bike Rack mounted to the rear tire and frame, and two black Wald 582 Rear Folding Bicycle Baskets (12.75 x 7.25 x 8.5)mounted to the rack for groceries. These collapse when not in use, and were collapsed at the time it was stolen. The baskets are properly installed, and also will have a few heavy duty black zip ties to keep them from rattling. The brakes are a bit old, with the right brake not as sharp as the left anymore.

The bike was locked to the wooden fence in our parking lot behind the complex. Two neighbors reported seeing it around 11AM on the morning it disappeared, and it was gone by the time I got home around 3PM. The lock and cable are gone as well. Have had numerous issues with a neighbor in the past, including her threatening to slash the tires of my bike. The location of the bike makes it difficult to believe just someone walking on the street decided to take it, and other bikes are still left in the same area, undamaged.
