We locked our bikes to the bike rack at the Halsted & Lincoln/Fullerton bus stop (Stop ID: 17487) at about noon on Sunday, October 6th. It was a sunny day with clear visibility and the street had medium foot traffic. We went to Parson's for lunch and sat outside. At around 1:30 pm we returned to the same spot to find our bikes and bike lock were missing. We have filed a police report.

The weather was clear: sunny with high visibility and the street was busy with moderate foot traffic. We went to eat lunch outside at Parson's Chicken & Fish. When we returned to the bike rack around 1:30 pm, the bikes and lock were missing.

In good condition, some marks/scrapes on frame but nothing major. The handlebar grips need replacing. The handlebars themselves are slightly unbalanced. A significant feature of the frame is a curved seat tube that goes up against the rear tire. It is a very uncommon bike and may be one of a kind in the city of Chicago. It has a yellow frame with a yellow bottle holder. In the photo I've provided it has a back rack but it's no longer attached to the bike.
