****SOUTH LOOP CHICAGO****My bike was locked with a key lock outside of the SAIC Fashion center, 36 S Wabash Ave #735, Chicago, IL 60603, on a bike rack. I was at work a few buildings down for 5 hours between 10 am and 3 pm. It was checked on at about 1215 pm, and it was still there so it was stolen between 12pm and 3pm. The bike locked was also completely missing.
