Chicago Stolen Bike Registry

The bike was left locked on the sidewalk bike rack in front of my office building. Locked at approximately 8:30 AM and was gone by the time I left the office at around 4:30 PM. No camera footage could be collected. I was told by bank workers whose window faces bike rack directly that an older white caucasian male was seen outside and appeared to be "working" along the sidewalk near the rack. One of the workers remembered seeing sparks and only about a three-inch piece of my U-lock was left at the scene. The cuts were clean.

I left my bicycle locked to the parking sign in front of the salon and went in to get a haircut. When I came out 30 minutes later it was gone

Bike was stolen on 10/28 between 1130CST and 530CST

I locked up my bike to the racks inside the Damen blue line station around 6:20am and when I returned at 4:45pm it was gone. I also had my white helmet locked to the bike.

Bike was not locked bc it was stored in a garage (which IS usually locked). When I arrived home, the garage door was open and the bike was gone.

Bike locked to sign post on street and stolen after about 2 hours of being inside

Bike at rack on sidewalk on the west side of Wells Street at Merchandise Mart Plaza, locked at 5:40pm, gone by 8:20pm.

My wife and I went to dinner and came out our bikes were missing. The kryptonite cable lock had also been taken with the bikes.

Went to dinner with our bikes locked up and came out with no trace of our property and mode of transportation.

Bikes locked inside the building's inner stairwell, top floor, but not locked to anything. Bikes were there 2 hours ago, gone now.

My bike disappeared

Left bike for a few days on a bike rack at North and Wells. Returned and was missing. Assuming the U-Lock was cut. Unfortunately don't have picture of actual bike but it is in like-new condition, same as picture.

Parked my bike last night and went to ride it this morning around 7 am and noticed that they cut through a rod iron fence to get to it.

My Trek is stored in a garage, and I left the side door unbolted. Someone was either trying random doors or they knew I keep bikes inside. There were many bicycles in the garage, and luckily only the Trek was taken.

The bike was locked to a bike rack and It is unknown how they stole the bike, as they did not leave the lock behind either.

Bike parked at Wicker Park Ave and Damen. Though to have been locked but wasn't. Was next to other locked bikes on bike rails off Damen. Parked for maybe an hour before missing.

Stolen bike, if you see it please let us know! Originally located at 2600 block of Augusta Critical Cycles Beaumont-7 Seven Speed Lady's Urban City Commuter Bike Identifying mark is the front fender is missing otherwise pristine like new condition. Back patio is covered/obscured.

Right in front of Block 37, corner of N State and E Washington. Bike unattended for less than 2 hours. On the E Washington side, the bolts on the bike rack closest to the trash (upon closer inspection) are clearly set to be removed, I'm guessing they removed them and pulled the lock through. The lock goes through both the bike frame and front wheel, it's a pretty heavy duty lock so they likely pulled out the whole thing. All you need to do to catch these guys is have someone camp out at that corner watching for a nice bike to be left on that bike rack.

Bike was locked to bike rack outside of SAIC. It was stolen between noon and 4pm. Kryptonite u-lock was cut and taken with the bike. No trace.
