There is a sticker from the original vendor in Indianapolis on the seatpost, which I think had an address on Pendleton Pike. The wire for the front derailleur had snapped and disconnected from the left shifter and I had yet to fix it.

A valet across the street saw someone come up and steal the bike (not sure how they got through the lock) and ride off with it down Ontario. They tried to shout for the police but the thief was long gone by the time I got back and started piecing things together.
