Chicago Stolen Bike Registry

Overall the bike is in pretty good condition (I love my bike and took good care of it!). There are a few scratches and nick on the down tube from a lock. The chain has one gold link in it and was recently changed (but does not shift correctly/smoothly now). There are two mismatched water bottle holders with one blue water bottle on the bike when it was stolen. On the left handle bar there is a Cat Eye computer. The pedals are LOOK and have been worn down a bit. The tape on the left handle bar is loose and there is a scuff on the right handle bar from a fall. Also, there is a black pouch on the back with tools and a tube / tire repair kit inside. Please help find my pretty pink bike!

Older bike. Still looked nice and new. Had black basket on the front handlebars, color changing lights on both wheels. Small pouch under the seat, black color. Bell on the front handlebars. Red backlight. Bumper sticker that reads: "I am unemployed.", located on the frame. Disk brakes. Front tire is new and different from the back tire. The tire pattern is visibly different. The seat is older and the top layer is peeling off.

Brand-new. Green color. Has matching green bell on the front handlebars. White Apple logo sticker on the front of the bike. Color changing lights on both wheels. Other colors are white and black.

Little wear, blue leather seat, there was a bike lock holder attached under the seat when stolen.

orange crate attached to rear black panier frame, stickers along diagonal frame tube, paletero,icecream man style old-fashioned bell. had a new ?blue Schwinn bike helmet attached, a Kryptonite cable lock on the seat stem and a light. Has double enforced tires and extra strong wheels. Was stolen on Thursday, June 28 between 4:45 and 5:30pm. I was out of the country until this week and was unable to register the bike, unfortunately until now.

2011 model. Very clean w/little scratches or damage. Had tire and seat quick-release replaced with locking bolts. Hand grips replaced with GPI-S grips (that have a wide base to rest the palm of your hand on). Black Bottle cage and U lock. Behind-seat pack with flashing reflector light inside. Small black bell on right handlebar.

1992 model, but in excellent condition, was garage stored and unused for 15 years before taken to Chicago last year. Original shifters were replaced with grip shifters. Front tire is off road style and rear tire is narrower road style. 21 speed Shimano drivetrain. No rust and no scratches, scuff mark on side of seat. Trek color is called Electric Blue with Black Splashes, looks like a medium blue with thin lines of black paint splashed on it.

Black BMX pedals, one front brake, "1234 GO! RECORDS, OAKLAND CALIFORIA" sticker, "BONGRIPPER" patch packing taped to frame, both on the cross bar. bar tape falling off. cane creek headset. black seat post. silver cranks.

Painted all white no decals. SRAM equipped.

In very good condition, 1 1/2 years old. Had a removable basket on front and a Topeak child seat rack on the back. The bike had an "Eat CBA" sticker on the step-through bar.

My bike was pretty dirty, but no major damage. The shifters and breaks were scratched up and the handle bar extenders were missing one cap on the right side because of being doored earlier in the year. the handle bars were cut down to be more narrow. The rear tire had a pump adapter cap, the front didn't. There were 2 bottle cages (one silver, one black. I had put red metal clips on the pedals. The seat was a black women's seat with a integrated rear tail light. I had a rear rack with a right side collapsible basket that had a loose and bent bottom panel (that i kept shut with a blue bungee cord) and had additional clear zip ties securing it to the rack. I also had one yellow light attached with zip ties to the bottom of the frame facing forward and another red one on the rear lower frame by the tire. There was also a clip for a front headlight attached to the front handle bars and new handle bar grips, and a new shorter stem. It also had black racing blade fenders on the front and rear tires. It was locked up with a Kryptonite U-Lock with a cable extension for the back tire. This all was missing along with the bike. Picture included of my bike handlebars with the missing cap. Unfortuantely, i didn't take any glamour shots of the bike.

Urban Single speed city bike, handle bars were shortened and there is a red back battery light below the reflector.

Good condition. Nothing particularly unique on the bike. Drive train slightly rusted. Water bottle holder attached to middle lower frame. Velcro strap bike pump attachment on below seat post. Detachable tire cover with orange strap attached to seat post, covering rear wheel.

new, missing front brake and front rack. Cruiser bars, gum wheels, back rack.

The bike in the attached photograph is the bike that was stolen, but the seat was replaced by a different seat.
