Bike was locked to the bike rack at grocery store Angelo Caputos Fresh market 2400 N Harlem Ave, Elmwood Park, IL 60707. It was left alone for about 15-20minutes while shopping inside the store. When i came back outside my bike was gone. the lock was cut and chain was left on the ground.

Monday August 8th I noticed my bicycle missing from the parking garage of my apartment building. The bike was locked with a heavy duty chain around a structural cement pole, through the frame and front tire, then locked with a u-lock. The bike was hidden behind my vehicle. Nothing was left behind. The bike was last seen by me on Sunday August 7th at 12:00 noon.

The next day (7/28), I was moving my mother's car into the garage when I saw that the door was wide open and my bike was missing. I was not the last person to access my garage, but that person says she locked it after she left.

Incident Description: 
Bike was stolen sometime between Thursday 8/4/2022 and 2pm on Sunday 8/7/2022. The bike was locked with a cable through the frame and wheel, and attached with a U-Lock to a bike rack. The bike rack is located inside a secure residential building garage near the intersection of W Homer St and N Campbell Ave. The lock was cut and left at the scene. A tire pump was also stolen along with the bike (a matte gray/red Masi Vincere Tiagra 2021). Many other bikes in the garage – both locked and unlocked – were left untouched.

Bike was locked in partially underground basement to woodenhandrail next to another bike. Was locked to the frame and the pole. Pole was ripped away from cement and bike slipped off. This was in the back of the building which has a back fence. They must have walked in from sidewalk and around back to look. Otherwise it is not visible from the street.
