Incident Description: 
I locked the bike at the Clyborn Metra stop and got on the 7:40am train toward Kenosha. I didn't get back until maybe 6/7pm, and when I returned, it was gone. I locked the bike with an ABUS U lock and locked the frame to the bike rack. When I returned, there was not sign of the bike or the lock, and no shavings on the ground that I could see.

I locked my bike outside of 335 N Michigan Ave at 1050AM. I went in for an appointment. I came outside just before 12PM, and the bike was gone. The bike was locked to outside of the stairwell frame for the stairs that lead down to Lower Wacker.It was locked with a cable lock attached to a U-Lock. The cable lock was cut. My helmet and the lock were left behind.

I put the bike in the door way of the Amazon store at 2728 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60614 and went in to pickup a package. 30 seconds later and man runs in and tells me a black man in a red coat stole my bike. I took off running after him and could see him ahead of me, but could never catch him. I filed a report with the police and have asked Amazon for any video to help me find the bike. So far Amazon has provided nothing.

On Thursday, my wife on her way to go out noticed that the Marlin 6 was missing from the garage and saw that the cable with integrated padlock was cut. She then sent me a text message about it taking a picture of the lock being cut. The garage door was blocked open and we think this is how they managed to enter, check the garage and steal the bike. We informed Saxony Properties (Rental Agency) about it.
