Bike was locked up to wooden railing on the deck. Bike thief must've come in through the back alley, seen the bike, and then proceeded to pop off the section of railing the bike was locked to (discovered a steel rod next to the railing the following morning) and ridden away with it. Was at work at Richard Daley Center and when I came out my bike was gone from the East bike rack on the sidewalk facing the Clark street. No sign of my lock either, which was a cable lock with an integrated key lock, thief was captured on 2 surveillance cameras and Chicago Police is investigating. Any help greatly appreciated.
