Locked bike frame and wheel onto bike rack on sidewalk on Canal at Roosevelt in front of ChiroOne/Whole Foods. Bike locked to U-shaped bike rack. Only bike around, all other racks full and located down the block. When I came out of store, bike lock was still on bike rack, bike was completely gone. No idea how. Lock picked? But how did lock get relocked onto bike rack? Local police came, report made.

Bike was locked with a cable lock to back porch support support on the 1st floor near the mailboxes for the building. My bike was locked from the front wheel to the rack and my back wheels to my friends. I used two bike locks and both were cut and left at the scene.
