I visited ITU Elite Race Sat, Sept 19 after my race. Bike was on rack in underground Standard Parking Lot, Lower Level 3 (under Coast Apartments on East Wacker Dr.; Bike was alone between hours of 1pm and 8pm. Returned to car and bike was gone from rack, my racing number sticker was torn off and thrown to ground; immediately went to guard in lobby of Coast Apts above parking garage; reported theft to police.

Last seen at Taco Burrito King at harlem and higgins at 3:45 pm. I locked the bike to a metal pole in front of the building and went inside to meet with my friends. We talked for about 30 minutes and I looked back to my bicycle and didn't see it there. My lock was a master lock weathertough model and I had a metal chain wrapped in a rubber sleet about one and half feet long.

The bike was locked to a street sign with a U-Lock going through the frame and rear wheel. I also had a steel cable wrapped around the front wheel and locked in the U-Lock. I walked by my bike with a dog that I was walking and went inside for 5 minutes. When I came out the U-Lock had been cut and the bike missing.
