Bicycle was locked up to metal railing that follows the front steps of the apartment, the metal railing and bars were cut/sawed through, maybe saw/cut marks on the frame. At this time, I strongly believe my U-lock and chain were locked through the frame as well and could not be taken off easily.

Bike was a 2012, so newer model and in good condition. Had a small gold bell on the left handle bar and lights on the front and also under the seat. Kickstand on the left side of bike. Water bottle cage attached using a zip tie. Most distinguishing factor would be the scratches on the headset and cross bar of the bike from where my lock rubbed when not in use as there was no lock holster. Very worn out and scratched in this area. Rear derailer was replaced earlier this winter - not the original Giant part. As a result, rear dropout was slightly bent/had some wear.

The frame is the only original item from the Schwinn Madison, and it is powder coated matte black. Everything else was chosen and put on the bicycle by myself. The frame does have several dents in it, and also a square piece of metal welded to the underside of the bottom bracket. NO OTHER bike will have this weld there. It was a fix after having to drill a hole to remove a stuck seatpost. Currently has RED tires (Michelin Pro4), NO fenders, and NO water bottle holder.

I always keep my bike locked up here. I came outside and noticed it was no longer there. The fence that it was attached to was not touched. There is no broken lock parts or bike parts everything is gone. It was a Bulldog Onguard U-lock. It happened sometime between March 26 thru March 28. Also there were two other bikes along with mine on that fence. I don't see them around anywhere either.
