Chicago Stolen Bike Registry

Very good but not pristine condition, has been my only bike for 5.5 years and has a few small scars to prove it. Standard black cargo rack over rear fender has been removed and two silvertone metal (aluminum???) baskets have been bolted "permanently" (frame slightly modified by bike shop to accomodate) in its place. Top of basket wrapped with black 3M reflective tape, right basket deformed from impact with car door. Red enamel ladybug bell on handlebars and green lightweight decorative-only "snake biting his tail" lock on frame. (Was actually locked with heavy black U-lock & cable.) Very unusual looking bike; people constantly yell comments from the sidewalk/car whenever I'm riding it. Heavy steel frame. Whitewall tires. Has horn that can sound by pressing a button on the "tank" on the frame. Was a birthday present, and I love(d) it a lot. :(

This bike is almost new. I've had it for only a few months. It has Nitto Mustache handlebars and an eclectic mix of parts. Unique features include the frame/size (not many of this model, size and color exist) and 650B size wheels. Bike had everything shown in the photo: Brooks saddle, rack, fenders, etc.

I made the bicycle myself, from parts, and painted it too. It was almost entirely black and white, with a black and white striped top tube, all other tubes black, white stem (but paint flaking to reveal silver below), flat black handlebar, white Gusset saddle, light blue grips (look kinda gray from use). There was a little wear on the striped paint near the front of the top tube, from locking and leaning the bike on poles. It is a single-speed rear coaster brake bike, so it will look a bit like a fixed gear from afar, but is not one.

Excellent condition. Hot pink water bottle holder. Blue Cannondale saddle bag. Older Kryptonite U-lock in holder. Paint is distinctive - white background with black squiggles all over - looks like it was scribbled on with a black ball-point pen.

Centurion Ironman Dave Scott frame with flat/cruisery bars and a fairly complete Shimano 600 group, except for a CUstom non drive side crank arm. Beat up Fausto Coppi saddle. Sugino seatpost, Mismatched wheels, front is radially spoked.

Has a tan leather saddle (brooks) mounted woth a bike chain to lock it to frame, a large dent in the top tube, silver A-class wheels - labels on the front wheel only.

Late 1970's Raleigh Grand Prix, Silver with blue trim. Converted to a fixed gear. Bright orange Origin8 stash bar in a quill stem. Shiny anodized blue Lasco crankset. Quilted leather Brooks saddle. Visible scratches.

Red mongoose full suspension mountain bike with one side of the seat and handlebar a little scratched up from the bike falling over.

The bike was bought in June. It is nearly brand new with few to no scratches on it. It is a bright lime green bike with white hawaiian flower accents on it. It has a brown leather seat, brown handles, and a brown wicker basket.

My beloved bike had a bell on it that said, "I Heart My Bike." There was a front light and a back light. There were nice (read: expensive) Gator tires on the front and back. The frame was pretty beat up because I've ridden the bike for 7 years. There was a new brake/gear system on the bike and the chain was really greasy and not in fabulous shape.

It is silver 2010 specialized allez road bike, very easy to recognize. Has a red led light on the back under the seat.

Black with red lettering, bullhorn handlebars, front brake only with the lever on the left side of the handlebars, red rims and hubs, black and red checkered seat. It's a couple of months old and mostly stock.
