DETACHABLE HEAD LIGHT WAS PURCHASED ON AMAZON. REAR LIGHT THAT'S ATTACHED TO THE SEAT POST WITH RUBBER HOLDER WAS PURCHASED AT DECATHLON IN THE NETHERLANDS. FRONT TIRE IS 20" KENDA AND REAR TIRE IS 20" MAXXIS. NOT SURE ABOUT THE SERIAL NUMBER, BUT I DO HAVE A PICTURE OF PART OF IT.

There is a black bell on handlebars, a red tail light mounted on seat post, and the right pedal has a foot cage (left pedal does not)

Theft caught on video camera. Unauthorized subject gained access to a locked building at 5:00 am wearing a grey hoodie and mask. Subject was a large male, tall and heavy with a protruding stomach. Subject forced open bike storage room after first checking doors of all cars parked in the garage. Bike was secured with 1/2 inch cable and a combination U-Lock (black with red numbers). The subject cut through the steel cable. The U-Lock is missing.
