Chicago Stolen Bike Registry

Was locked outside of Capital Grille on 633 N St. Clair St., near Michigan Ave and Ohio. It is a busy street, and it was daylight. I was on the corner, less than 20 ft away with my back to my bike, doing a peaceful protest against the restaurant for less than 1 hour. I think the car valet staff may have been involved because when I first arrived, he came up next to me and was chatty, asked me if I was going to lock my bike (and asked about the weather, etc). It really struck me as a strange interaction, and I told the other protesters about it when they arrived. Unfortunately, I didn't move my bike, even though I was suspicious. Considering I was there for less than an hour and it was taken from right behind my back, it seems like he was involved. I'm just freaking out right now and can't stop crying. I'm going home to find my serial number so I can call the police and file a report. Please help if you can!

Locked the bike going into work, it was gone later in the day.

My three bikes were stolen from my garage when I was at work - sometime between 8 AM and 4 PM.

I was enjoying the Maggie Daly Park with my children and we parked at the corner of Monroe & Columbus St using the bike's poles provided by the city and after we finish and try to go back to our hotel boommm!!! my bike was not there, only my children's bikes remained in the site.

Last seen after 3pm on Monroe and Wells parking garage.

Locked bike to the street post in front of 14 S Clinton, Chicago IL 60661 and went inside for an appointment. When I came out 1 hour later it was gone.

Bike was stolen out of storage area after someone left the door to the outside open.

Bike was parked in the garage of 120 S LaSalle St downtown. I park it there everyday. It turns out none of the parking garage cameras point to the area where everyone who bike commutes secures their bikes. A couple other people were down there as well this afternoon, realizing that their bike had just been stolen too. There were no cut locks lying around, however I found a piece of velcro from my lock that said "Kryptonite" on the ground. I don't know the serial number because my friend who is the Revolution Cycles in Madison, WI ordered it for me directly to his shop. Ironically, he is out of town on a bike tour, so I am unable to get a hold of him.

Stolen from Holstein Park Pool at 2:00pm on 7/4/2017

Bike was parked outside Marianos grocery. Bike was locked to a bike stand. Bike and lock were both missing during a 20 min visit into the store.

Brand new bike, only three weeks old. Stolen from locked apartment building in Ukranian Village on 7/3/17, sometime between 12-5 pm.

The sign had been knocked over and ripped out, then they just slid the sign out of the lock and sawed through the lock at a later date.

Bike was located on second floor deck, only accessible from the gated/locked yard, which is why it was not locked. Someone must have seen in from the alley and hopped the fence. Noticed it was missing the following afternoon.

Parked on bike rack in front of East Bank Club cab stand; with cameras on duty. Parked it at 9:50; not there at 1 pm when I returned to it.
