Someone cut/broke the combination part of my lock, which allowed him/her to unhook the bike from the metal fence and ride off; the damaged bike lock was left on-site. All other bikes locked to metal fence were still there, my bike was the only one missing.

I discovered my bike had been stolen this morning. I'm not sure when it was stolen. It was in the University Club bike cage in the Millennium Garage. The cage is locked with a digital lock on the door and the bike was locked to a wall mounted hanger with a cable and padlock. The thief unscrewed multiple screws along one side of the cage and slipped into the cage then cut the cable and left with the bike. It is particularly odd because my bike was one of the less expensive bikes in the cage...
