Cable was used to lock up this bike, along with a black BMX bike to a bike rack outside of Treasure Island Foods around 9pm. Went to Corcoran's nearby, came back to the bike rack at 11pm and both bikes along with the cable and the lock were gone. Padlock was small, silver, and required a key to be opened; most likely the lock was broken by the thief.

It is a light blue bike with light blue bar tape around the bars, which are drop bars. I had a Kryptonite chain lock around the handlebars. It has a Belgium flag (which looks almost the same as a German flag) going up the middle of the bike and old Olympic stickers on it elsewhere near the front. I had a front and back fender that match. Neither the front or back wheel had quick releases.

Fairly new condition. Black with disc brakes instead of regular brakes. It had a blue permit sticker from my bike room at my building. The number was 512. It had 2 zip ties holding a plastic piece that held a speedometer on the handlebar. The speedometer wasn't there at the time but all the wires were routed around the bike. Everything on it looked new because it was rarely ridden.
