Incident Description: 
Someone hopped the fence and entered the front yard where the bike was locked on the inside of the fence. They disassembled the front of the bike leaving the tire and the u-lock and hopped the fence back sometime around 8pm. The home has a security camera, and we are working to pull an image or get a time stamp on the theft.

On the crossbar a lime green bandana. On the seat tube there are two Village Cycle Center stickers and a large stock "Earl" sticker.
