Bike and lock missing from alley near apartment when check upon.

Bike was stolen from vehicle rack. It was locked to the rack with two cable locks, routed through both wheels, the frame, and through another bike. The cables were cut, and the one bike stolen. Theft occurred sometime between 9:30 PM on Aug 26, and 4:30 AM on Aug 27, 2021. It occurred on the street at 1629 Hinman Avenue (Graduate Hotel, Evanston). Police report filed with Evanston PD. This is a custom bicycle that will stand out. The frame is from 2002, but the components are new.

Bike was no longer present when I returned.

the bike was in our front yard under our stair inside a locked gate yard. The theft jumped our fence in the middle of the night and road off with the bike.

Bike was locked on School and Ashland to a bike rack with other bikes across from target and in front of an apartment building. Bike was locked around 6:45 as I went into the Xsport for around 45 minutes. When I came out the bike was gone

The bike was stored in a garage requiring a key to enter. Bike was secured to bike rack with u-lock and cable. The cable was cut and the bike was gone. I noticed about 6 other cables or locks were cut and it appears that more bikes were missing.

I rented a Lyft bike, jumped off it for a minute in downtown chicago and a man ran up and stole the bike. Was around loop area

Two bikes were stolen from my back patio in the afternoon of August 26th.

My bike was locked to a city street sign. Someone unbolted the street sign and stole the bike. The crime was in front of a security camera.

Bike was kept in a locked storage room. My partner had used it recently to ride to the community garden. Bike was not itself left locked to anything after this most recent ride.

Bike is stored in a secure parking garage on a storage rack. Upon going down, bike lock was cut and bike stolen. The week before, our green specialized mountain bike was stolen from the same location and a red specialized bike in the same garage appeared to have attempted to be stolen. The additional bike attached with the lock was not taken (not a specialized bike).

Bike was stolen from unattached garage along with other items.

Since the U-lock was left attached to the pole, I think the lock was picked somehow.

The bike is locked in an outdoor path that is within apartment property (access to back doors and stairs). The bike was locked to a chain-link fence to the long horizontal pole. I walk out in the morning and see only broken pieces of the lock on the ground. The back alley door does not always lock properly and the thief may have been able to simply push the gate open and steal the bike. there is no other evidence aside from a few small pieces of the lock. The picture attached is from a website, but it is the exact model and style.

Bike was locked to a pole. Hidden in the back porch basement stairs. Bike was locked to a large wooden pole. Located in Evanston but located 3 blocks away from Chicago

Bike lock was cut. The front wheel was the only thing locked to bike shed post with U-lock. Cable was threaded through frame and back wheel and through U-lock.
