I brought the bike inside a gym where I set it near the front entrance. After working out I came back to find the bike stolen. The individual must have come in the gym and grabbed the bike while no one was around. I am currently working with the gym to get the security footage.

Bike was intermittently stored in basement no longer than 3 days at a time.
