Left handbrake worn, right handbrake brand new. New gears (slightly larger than stock) and chain. Seat and post recently replaced, no quick release on seatpost. Pannier rack on the back. Had 2007 and 2012 RAGBRAI tags on front post. Pedals had clips on one side and flat on the other. Tricross tires. Back light kind of tight on pushing mud flap down. Two water bottle holders, on red, one black.

It was in that spot for a period of 4 hours when stolen. I park there almost every day for 8 hours or more though.
Incident Description: 
Was locked to a bike rack outside my work at North Park University at 1 pm. Around 6 a friend asked where my bike was, and I discovered it was gone. On site security said that he hadn't seen the bike when he first came to the area around 5. The bike and lock are entirely gone, and the back rack is still intact. I'm assuming they cut the cable and ran with it.

Went inside for about an hour, came out and the bike was missing. The person had to come up the stairs, look to check if the bike was locked and then take it. I'm tall so the bike is set for a tall person. The picture i have does not have the back basket on it, and it doesn't have the rear reflector anymore, just rear and front lights.
