When no one was in the apartment and building was dark, someone came up to the porch, cut through the railing on which the bike was locked, used the lock to pry back the (then-cut) railing, and took the bicycle. Picture of the railing is below.

Bike was locked to a metal pipe inside school garage. There was a U-Lock through the front wheel but not connected to the frame, and a combination chain lock through the rear wheel and the frame. I went out to the garage and found the chain lock cut and the front wheel still connected to the pipe with the U-Lock.

Three guys came up to my bike and cut the lock I had around my frame, front wheel, and pole. They tried to ride it away and realized I had a U-Lock on my back tire and frame. They moved to the alley and tried to cut the lock but were unsuccessful. One guy hoisted my bike on to his shoulder and they all rode off down the alley. They were caught on cameras the whole time. My boss is turning the video over to the cops tomorrow, once he burns it to a USB drive.
