Incident Description: 
Thief's broke into the bike storage room at 2555 N Clark St and stole 4 bikes. I think they used angle grinders on the u-locks. I had a kryptonite u-lock (medium level). My u-lock was missing and surveillance video didn't show my lock when they exited our garage (it wasn't on my bike).
