Incident Description: 
Around 4:30am on Friday August 9th, someone used tools to force entry into the back door and garage area of our apartment building. Once in the garage, they then proceeded to cut through the lock that was securing my bike to a metal pole and flee the scene. My neighbor heard and saw the break-in, called the police, and the police arrived but did not immediately find the suspect. A police report has been filed. My neighbor described the suspect as a white male with a mustache, baseball cap, and was wearing/carrying a backpack.
