Incident Description:
Two e-bikes were stolen from my private secured/locked single-car garage. The bikes were not locked to anything inside of the garage, but the garage doors were locked via Latch electric/bluetooth lock. We parked the bikes in the garage at 9:21 PM on June 4, closed the door, and watched to make sure it closed. On June 14 at 5:50 AM I re-rentered the garage for the first time since June 4 and noticed the bikes were no longer there. No sign of breaking and entering. No other items were stolen from the garage. I suspect this theft was conducted by someone who affiliated with the Fulton Grace property management company (or a third-party contractor) who had latch access to our private garage.
