Bike was behind a metal gate to my locked foyer area, Thief picked the lock and did not leave any signs of forced entry as the lock seems to function as normal. Attached picture is not actual bike but it is identical to this one

I was sitting next to the lakefront with my bike right next to me, only about 3 feet away. I turned to lay on my side, with my bike behind me. I was only laying like that for about 5 minutes, but I had my headphones in, so I didn't hear the thief get on my bike and ride away. Someone sitting about 30 feet away told me he saw a shirtless man take my bike, but he assumed I knew the guy. The thief rode my bike southbound on the lakefront trail.
