Handlebars are standard, black rubber, tires are black. Bike has a main headlight and red light under the seat. Was last seen locked up near California and Irving Park... Please help?

Incident Description: 
Bike was stolen sometime between 12:45 PM and 6:45 PM. I used the Kryptonite New York Standard U-lock, locking the frame and front wheel to the wave-style rack along the Chicago River at 100 S. Wacker Drive. I double check the lock each time I lock up so it was definitely locked and secure. I did find a piece of rubber sleeve but it looks like the sleeve that goes around the lock holder on the frame and not from the lock itself. Other than that, there were no other pieces left.
