It was locked under the stairs inside the building in front entrance hallway. You have to have a key to get into that area.
Incident Description: 
My downstairs neighbor had a package delivered around 12:30. They fed-ex person rang the buzzer, but when she went down there was no package. Then around 4:30 she went out to walk her dog and saw someone come out and ride away on a bike, presumably the one that was stolen. She went and looked behind the stairs and the package was ripped apart, contents gone. Fortunately it was just some crackers that you can't get around here. He let me know around 10 pm, and went downstairs to find the bike missing.

Unlocked rusty BMX bike found where my bike had been locked. The thief likely biked up, cut my lock, and rode off with my bike. Valet attendants were standing outside but weren't paying attention. I will be checking for security camera footage today.

The bike was in our apartment building's locked and enclosed courtyard. I had a heavy duty $100 Kryptonite U-Lock which locked the front tire to the bike frame. My bike was sitting next to my neighbor's bike, which was completely unlocked. No signs of forced entry in building. I do kinda suspect one of the residents in my building had something to do with it but have no evidence, just a hunch.

Locked bike was stolen by bolt-cutting thief a who had apparently be witnessed in his previous attempt to steal the bike that same day. When I left work to commute home my bike was gone, broken cable was left on the sidewalk and an anonymous note was taped to the street-post where my bike had been stating: "I'M SORRY YOUR BIKE GOT STOLLEN, I STOPPED HIM THE FIRST TIME BUT THEN HE CAME BACK...SORRY."
