4. Your theft report, including your bike's photo, last known location, and date of theft, are posted on our site. Your report also goes into our searchable statistics builder and is shown on our report map. And, if you're lucky, someone might see your bike and contact you directly and return your bike.

Equipped w/ Continental Contact tires on black rims, hydraulic disc brakes (Shimano Deore), Shimano Deore drivetrain (triple front chainring, rear derailleur with multi-gear cassette. Features flat handlebars with worn black grips (one is missing), black WTB saddle.

At 9:30pm, I arrived to the building via my bike at Fullerton and Hamlin in Logan Square. I entered the back door via the alley, deadbolted the door, parked my bike up against the hallway wall, came upstairs, and went to sleep. By 8:15am the next morning, the door was wide open and my bike, extra lock, bike tools were gone. Unclear how the thief achieved entry to the building.

On 8/20 at approximately 5:45 am, I discovered that my electric bicycles were missing. I have lived at my current address for about five months, and during this time, my bicycles have been chained together under the stairwell in our shared alley. The alley requires either a physical key or access through the ButterflyMX app. I normally check on the bikes daily, and they were present before this morning. Other residents’ bikes remain in the same area. The missing bikes are both electric and have a distinctive Kryptonite red fabric and chain lock that is supposed to be unbreakable. The pink women's bike was a gift from my father and has sentimental value. An AirTag/location tracking had been placed in the silver Wing bike, but appears to no longer be working.

Thief's broke into the bike storage room at 2555 N Clark St and stole 4 bikes. I think they used angle grinders on the u-locks. I had a kryptonite u-lock (medium level). My u-lock was missing and surveillance video didn't show my lock when they exited our garage (it wasn't on my bike).
