The bikes were locked up under the stairwell in the back courtyard to a bike rack. Locked gates enclose the courtyard. The bike was locked with a U-Lock and a cable through both wheels. A tarp also covered the bikes. We noticed the tarp was off on Friday and then realized two of the four bikes were missing on Saturday morning 8/31.

2 stockers on the front fork hiding scrapes. Many more scrapes on the frame, has really old tubeless tires so many sealant leaks (more than 100 leaks on each tire). Handle bar has been solar ray damaged to the point where the black paint has become slightly green in some areas. The handlebar sides are damaged and one I was pranked with a loose rear wheel so there is deep scrapes on the frame where the wheel latches on.

When I arrived, a lady warned me not to park next to a blue bike that had parked next to hers and locked their bike to hers, she'd had their lock cut. I should've taken this as a sign to go elsewhere but I'm an idiot and here we are. Also my lock probably sucked. Feel like a moron.

Bike was left locked in front of my vehicle in the parking garage at 1957 N. Fairfield Rd. There were complaints of mass theft from the building, and residents were alerted on August 22nd. I noticed my bike was gone where I had locked it with a u lock and rope extension to parking bumper under my vehicle. The lock itself and rope attachment were taken along with the the bike. Helmet was left.
